Why don't you just delete it from the Outbox in the Fax Console?

Once more Maciej Terakowski due to wrong fax
The Outbox directory in the Fax Console is empty. I imagine that fax (letter) moved from Windows to the modem (I have fax-voice-modem with automatic secretary - working even the computer is shut down). Now I reset totally modem (physicaslly button hidden in the right side of the modem). Now modem do not try to sent this fax longer
So thank you for your trying to help me

That doesn't sound like the Windows XP Fax software to me. Faxes remain in
the Outbox until they are sent.
