deleting outlook auto-complete names

in outlook, this user has auto-completion for names in
email, some of the names that auto-complete he wants to
delete, these names are not in his contact list, some are
in global list but with different work locations, user
tried to delete but these will not

Remove individual entries by highlighting them in the suggested names list
and hitting your Delete key.
Or clear the entire cache:
