Deleting other people email addresses

How do you delete email address that keep appearing that have been present
because someone else has checked their email on your computer...usually
hotmail emails?

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question but if you mean deleting
email accounts that other people have set up to check their e-mails then go
to the TOOLS menu and select ACCOUNTS. Remove the ones in the list that are
not in use and hit apply and ok.
