Deleting Files

The problem I am having is that every time I try to delete
anything, I get a error messg saying can not find specific
path and will not let me delete anything. I am using a
trial version of a utility program off of zdnet right now
but it is a hassle to keep going to it to delete. Any help
would be apreciated. Mark
