Deleting Downloads

I always get a window asking me if I'm sure I want to
delete something. I would just like to delete it with
answering further questions. Is there a way to delete
without getting the confirmation window?

That depends on your operating system and I don't see the connection
with IE6.

Try right-clicking the Recycle Bin and selecting Properties and
uncheck "Display delete confirmation box"
