Hi,

is it possible to delete default categories in word 2003 autotext? I
was able to do it in french, but when I change to english I can't do
it. When I click on the Auto Text button I only see the entries I
created. When I open the "All Entries" Menu I see all the stuff like
"Attention Line", "Closing","Header/Footer",etc.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

From the Insert > Autotext > Autotext dialog (or the Organizer) you can
delete any autotext entries that you don't require.
Autotext entries are filed according the paragraph style applied when you
saved them, so Insert > Autotext will only list entries that apply to the
style at the cursor, unless that style is Normal in which case it displays
the sub-headings.

Normal or any other style that doesn't have specific entries.
