I have only Iexplore.exe, and not the explore.exe entry.

I only have an entry for iexplore.exe in my registry. The following lines
(between the asterisk lines) is what I exported for the registry key:

****************************************
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\*\OpenWithList\IExplore.exe]
@=""

****************************************

There isn't much listed under that registry key. It just has the
"(Default)" data item with no value. You can put the above into a .reg file
and then double-click on it to add the values to your registry.

Don't have a key in that location for explorer.exe. The one I have showing
for IExplore.exe is named (Default), The Type is REG_SZ and Data value is
blank (nothing there at all).
