deleted WindowsXP components

In trying to get rid of spyware files, I accidentally deleted the I.E. dialer
in the "dialer file" located in the "program files" folder as well as a
couple of other unidentified files in the "downloaded program files" in the
"Windows" folder. Now I can only access the web by first launching Outlook
express.

Yes, I know, I can hear you already [ ...get an anti-spyware program!!! ]

Well, I have one, from Zone Labs. The blessed thing only does half the job,
even my Norton anti-virus identifies spyware files that Zone Labs misses,
unfortunately Norton does not kill them, it just points them out.

Restoration procedure for the deleted Microsoft files please?

Anything in %windir%\Downloaded Program Files can be re-downloaded when
needed.

This folder?
%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\Connection Wizard

Internet Connection Wizard?

Phone Dialer?
