I regularly receive meeting request responses that accept, reject, or propose
new times for meetings that I've sent invitations to. When I reply to those
responses, the signature that appears at the bottom of my response email is
not my current one, instead it's an old one that I've deleted; one that no
longer even appears in my available signatures in Tools\Options\Mail
Format\Signatures.
What makes it more annoying is that I haven't been able to figure out how to
insert my correct current signature to replace the old one. It's apparently
not available on the Insert menu anywhere that I've looked.
My correct signature works just fine for all other emails and replies. It's
just when replying to meeting invitation responses.
