Deleted signature re-appears when replying to meeting responses

I regularly receive meeting request responses that accept, reject, or propose
new times for meetings that I've sent invitations to. When I reply to those
responses, the signature that appears at the bottom of my response email is
not my current one, instead it's an old one that I've deleted; one that no
longer even appears in my available signatures in Tools\Options\Mail
Format\Signatures.

What makes it more annoying is that I haven't been able to figure out how to
insert my correct current signature to replace the old one. It's apparently
not available on the Insert menu anywhere that I've looked.

My correct signature works just fine for all other emails and replies. It's
just when replying to meeting invitation responses.

Hi - I followed you here :)

Please don't 'abuse' the suggestion feature - it's meant for actual
suggestions, for things you already know for sure are not possible now.

That said - what SP on OL2003?
Are you using Word as email editor?

Using SP1.

I hope you catch the irony of your response to me... my initial post was a
suggestion/question about where I can go to post information about a bug I've
found. You were the one who asked me to post the details, so I did, then you
ask me not to abuse the 'suggestion box'. Funny. Had I been able to find
the bug report area--which apparently you couldn't find either--I wouldn't be
here 'abusing' the system.

Hmmm - I have never seen this before, but I'd wonder whether it recurred if
you applied SP2 - and/or changed a mail profile - and /or checked out

Right. Don't use the *suggestion* feature when you're asking a *question* -
I asked you to post as a question, not a suggestion.

Hence, there is no irony herein that I can see.

If you are having trouble navigating the newsgroups via the klugey web
interface, you might consider using an actual newsreader client instead -
it's a lot better overall. The NNTP server is news.microsoft.com....no
authentication, and you can sub to as many groups as you wish.

I myself have had no need to report any bugs electronically, so I guess I'm
not able to truly appreciate the humor you mention.
