Outlook should allow optional signature insertion

When I right click in a message body pane I should have an option to insert a
signature. This is especially true when you may have more than one signature.
Travelling through option panels is a pain. A simple selection window that
would pop up after clicking on 'Signature' that would list the users
signatures that are available to insert, nothing about editing would be
required for this feature. I am using Office 2003.

You could add the signature button to the toolbar in a new message window.
I have Outlook 2000 but it might be very similar.
I simply right click on the toolbar in a "new" message window and hit
Customize.
Then I go to the Commands tab->Insert->Signature.
Click on it and drag it to the toolbar where you want it.

Sorry if this is not what you are looking for.

Good Luck

Use Word as your email editor and set up a default signature, and you'll get that option.
