Signature block not appearing

My signature block does not appear in emails under the following circumstances:
1) When I scan a document into Word
2) When I start an email from Word
3) When I send a meeting invitation from Go to Meeting

Any way to fix this?

Sending a message from within programs other than Outlook does not use the
same interface to the message engine that Outlook does and so you can't get
all the features that using Outlook's GUI allows.
