Deleted Items Folder Empty Vista Mail

For some strange reason it seems Vista (Business) mail is emptying my
Deleted Items folder after a day. I can't see where this setting might be...
not in Options that I can find. Any idea how to stop the unwanted emptying
of my Deleted Items folder?

Options -> 'Advanced' tab -> 'Maintenance...' button -> clear the checkbox
labeled: 'Empty Deleted Items folder on exit'

The only setting I know of, is
Tools - Options - Advanced - Maintenance
[ ] Empty messages from the "Deleted Items" folder on exit
