if you deleted the shortcut then u can make a new one
from window\explorer.exe (the actual app). if you
deleted the actual program then the only other thing i
can think of is to restore.
There would be no C:\Windows\Explorer folder, only the explorer.exe file in
the C:\Windows folder. The existance of C:\Windows\Explorer\explorer.exe
would indicate infection by the DiDer trojan. If you are getting references
to it, but the folder does not exist, then it is likely that your antivirus
program only did half the job (deleted the infecting file, but did not clean
up the mess it made). Refer to their support for proper removal steps.
