How do you delete or hide some of the default folders in microsoft outlook?
Tasks, Calendar, Journal, Notes.....
I never use them.

In Outlook 2003 you can simply right-click on a area in the Navigation pane
and select Navigation Pane Options... From there you can uncheck areas you
have no interest in and they will disappear.

In Outlook 2000 you can remove them from the Outlook bar by right-clicking
and selecting remove from outlook bar, however you cannot remove them from
the folder list.

Ask on an Outlook Newsgroup. The Outlook version will possibly make a
difference.
