I try to delete a dll file in my system folder but it said
the file is been use. I delete from DOS or deltree but
still unsuccessful. I can't restart my PC because it is a
webserver which running live. Is there anyway I can delete
the file without restarting my PC?

Depends on what the dll is and what's using it. Is it being used by an app
or service that you can stop? You can use a tool like handle.exe or Process
Explorer form sysinternals.com to see what has an open file handle to the
dll.

The dll is running on DLLHOST.EXE. I still not able to
stop that service at task manager.

So, what are the path and name of this file you're trying to delete and what
makes you want to delete it?
