Delete blocked keep filtered junk email

I like to keep my junk email filter high so some good email ends up with the
junk. My blocked email is just that I want it deleted automatically so that
it does not fill up the junk email folder. How do I do it?

I don't think you can split the action like that. It's one or the other. You
might want to check out the 'safe' lists to see if you can cut down the
amount of good mail that ends up in the Junk folder
