delete a too-large message

when I click on the message and press delete, I receive an error msg "Can't
open this message. Outlook has begun transmitting"

this message has a VERY large attachment (pictures)

Create a new mail profile.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, new pmv asked:

Create a new .pst file and make it the default. Close and reopen Outlook.
Go into the old non-default outbox and delete the message.
