Delete stuck email in Outbox

I have a file in my outbox --- I think it is probably too large to
process. Seems I made a mistake. Now, the problem is I can not
delete it. It says that outlook is trying to send it, but I left the
computer on all night and it is still sitting there. For info - the
size is 92MB.

I just want to delete it and send it with just one attachment and not
the two that I thought I couild send. Delete/open/etc does not work
because outlook tells me "Outlook has already begun transmitting this
message"

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
