Message stuck in Outbox

I have a message with a 1MB attachment stuck in my Outbox and I cannot
delete it. I turned off "Send Immediatley when connected" and "Schedule an
automatic send.." and restarted Outlook and the workstation. No luck.

How do I delete this thing?

Break your network connection and/or ensure that Windows/Outlook can't start
any type of network connection. Once that is done, start Outlook and then
go delete the message.

IMPORTANT POINT, After breaking your connection, close and re-open Outlook,
then attempt to send the message that is stuck. Then go to outbox and delete.
