Delegates get permission error when sending emails of behalf of others

Hi All,

After making someone a delegate and granting them Editor rights, they get
the following error message when they try to send an email on behalf of the
other user:

You do not have the permission to send message on behalf of the specified
user

Any ideas?
TIA

Hi Ortega,

SYMPTOMS
When you remove and add a delegate at the same time in Outlook, the
delegate that you add may receive the following error when they send a
message:

You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the
specified user.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because Outlook does not add the delegate to the
Microsoft Exchange Server directory. Outlook does add permission and rules
for the delegate.
WORKAROUND
To resolve this behavior, delete the delegate that received the error
message referenced in the "Symptoms" section of this article, click OK, and
then add the delegate again.
