Here is my log...what do I need to do? Is this something that I need to
worry about defragmenting or do I leave it alone?

First, locate both of those files and see if you can delete
them. Hold down the shift key while deleting to prevent them
from going to the Recycle Bin.

Next, go to Control Panel -> Add or Remove programs and
uninstall AOL's security application. Whether you reinstall the
program is up to you.

Here's the approach taken by others who encountered the problem
you're experiencing.

I assume that log is after you defragged?
I personally liked this program;

http://www.raxco.com/products/downloadit/perfectdisk_download.cfm

It's a free trial offer.
You have to give your e-mail info and they will send you a link to
download.
Download and install it. Set it to run when you boot the computer.
