Drive Won't Defrag

I have been trying to defrag drive c and keep getting the message that some
files won't defrag, but it doesn't list the files. the following is the log
file. please be specefic and detailed..thanks in advance.

MFT and that is normal. It is never included in the Most Fragmented
Files list.
