Defrag and RECYCLER problem

R

r27j

I get the message: some files could not be defragmented. It tells me they in
the folder \RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1454471165-688789844-1060284298-1011\Dc12\....
I can't find them using Explorer, or DOS, or ASDspy.exe, or LADS.exe.
Please advise how to find and remove.

The Recycle Bin is an alias for the \recycler\ folder. If I am not
mistaken, this is a hidden system folder, and that is why those programs
could not find the file.
The problem will go away if you empty the recycle bin. However, as a
fragmented file in that folder is not a problem except as far as such
fragmentation affects the fragmentation of other files, I would not bother
to work on the file. After all, since you have not emptied the file, you
may have determined that you don't want to delete the file.
