DEFENDER BETA 2 Installation error

Hi at all, i have a problem with an installation of DEFENDER Beta 2 that i
have downloaded from the web-site of Microsoft.
The error that occurred is this :

"A required update to Windows Update is avaible at the Windows Update
WebSite.To view a list of all installation requirement, visit the Microsoft
website : http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkId=63848"

I had also checked the installation requirements on your web-site but i
known that all is ok!
then?!

Please can you give me some informations about that?!

I can suggest two ways to get beyond this error:

1) go to Windows Update, do an express scan, and apply all offered critical
updates.

You can forgo the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (beta) update that
clearly states it the EULA that it is not to be applied to production
equipment.

2) We can try to see about individual updates that might be needed--one is
the Windows Installer 3.1--and any updates to that since release. A second
will be a Windows Genuine Advantage related update--not the Notification
one, but an earlier one. I have a message somewhere with KB numbers but
those should be good guidelines to what appears to be needed.
