Win Defender Beta 2 - Win 2k and GDI+

I am trying to install Windows Defender Beta 2 and am getting the message:

Windonws Defender required GDI+. Please load the
Windows 2000 Security Software PreRequisite Pack. To
view a list of all installation requirements, visit the
Microsoft website:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Linkid=63848

This is a waste of time, its a feedback form...

Any suggestions to what I am missing... "Windows 2000 Security Software
PreRequisite Pack"?

System is Win 2k Pro with SP4
