defender auto scan

my auto scan will not function. in search it says:
To complete these steps, you must be logged on as Administrator or be a
member of the Administrators group.
does that a member here????

Hello garden,

Whatever you do, (installing and updateting or unistalling) always as a
administrator.

Try the repair install:
First exit WD; using Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. Click WD and
click Change.
