Default web page keeps changing automatically to
C:\WINDOWS\homepage.htm. How do I change the "Use Default"
I have used tools,internet options, and then changed it
to something else but it keeps changing back to
C:\WINDOWS\homepage.htm

You've got a homepage hijacker onboard. Remove spyware with Spybot
Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode.
