Default viewer?

When I click on a jpg image, my computer laboriously boots up Adobe
Photoshop as the viewer. How do I restore my settings to Windows viewer as
default?

Hold "shift" and right click to change the file type you want to open with
another program. Click "open with" and then select "always open with this
program"

I'm sure there's an option in Adobe about default file associations also..
