Default "Paste Options"

Can anybody tell me how (or if it's possible) to set it
so that Outlook (2003) keeps the source text only as the
default paste option? I don't mind if it changes the
default for other applications also. I've tried
searching what I can on Smart Tags and haven't come up
with the answer yet.

Did you have any luck with this? I am still getting the problem.... can
only paste when set to plain text (text only not graphics) and when set to
html i sometimes lose the clipboard, and only an attachment icon is shown.
