How I adjust the text paste defaults?

I routinely paste text from Excel into Word 2003, but the paste format
automatically defaults to "Keep Source Formatting". I would like to chnage
the default paste option to "Keep Text Only", but I cannot find where the
default is ontrolled or set. Any ideas?

As far as I can remember, Word 2003 doesn't offer a way to control the
default paste format. Note, however, that you can make use of the so-called
paste options button to select a particular format just after you've pasted.
