Default Junk Mail to HTML format

For some stupid reason all my Junk Emails are in plain text but I want
them in HTML. Sure, I can click on each one and change it to HTML
format, but is there a way for all junk emails to all be HTML default?
This is especially important because my Victoria's Secret junk emails
must be in HTML. :)

You have posted this same issue of yours on Apr 06 also. You do have answers there and go and check them.
