Outlook 2003 - Junk Email now defaulting to Plain Text not HTML?

hi all,

thanks for having a look here. just recently my version of outlook with SP3
began converting all junk email messages directly to plain text, where i have
to individually change each message to restore HTML view. i have tried a few
search engines, namely the microsoft outlook community and the office help
suite, but no answers seem to be available? has anyone else got this problem
or is there a solution available? ----> when i say junk mail, im talking
newsletters, mailouts etc which i don't have sent to my actual inbox.

Yes, that is correct. When you want to read it, apparently it is not Junk
Email to you. Move it out of the Junk Email folder into the correct folder
and all functionality will be automatically restored.
