Junk Mail

I am using Outlook for my email & I am having trouble with my Junk mail. When
I open any junk mail, it opens as 'plain text'. I have tried to find a way to
configute it to open as HTML by default with no luck. My inbox mail opens as
HTML by default. I have tried tools-options- mail format-internet format to
set to HTML, still with no luck. Could you please inform me of the correct
procedure to use to rectify this problem.

That's a security precaution specific to the Junk Email folder. I don't
think you can disable it.
Move or copy the message to another folder and you should see it in the
original format.
