At one point I used a program called InfoSelect as my
email program, but the changed it back to Outlook.
Unfortunately, whenever I try to email from Explorer
InfoSelect still pops up even though it doesn't seem to
appear anywhere in the tools for Explorer. Short of
deleting the program, how can I make Outlook the default
mail program. (It does look like it already is in the
options section.)
Thanks for your help.

In IE, go to: Tools --> Internet Options --> Programs,
where you will what programs IE uses for certain things -
select Outlook Express from the E-mail program pull-down
list - that should solve your problem
