Default data for envelope return address

When I try to print envelopes, a default name and address is auto-filled,
however the address is an old one. How do I update the information which is
populating this space? Please specify all directions - assume nothing.

The first thing I won't assume is that I know what program you are are
trying to print envelopes with. Nobody can help you if you don't tell us
that.

Once you have that information, then you should ask your question in an
appropriate newsgroup for that product--Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect,
etc,
