I must type in envelope default return address EVERY TIME?

How can I get MS Word 2003 to remember the envelope default return address.
It implies that it will save it .... but I have to re-type it every time I
print an envelope. That ain't right.

Do you see it when you choose Tools - Options - User Information?

Yes. The return address I want is there. But I still must re-type it every
time I print an envelope. I check YES when it asks if I want to save as the
default return address.

It's possible that Word isn't finding it because of a corrupted Data key (or
a corrupted Normal.dot, although that seems less likely for this particular
problem). I would try renaming or deleting the Data key. You will need to
re-enter the address information in the User Info dialog... then see if the
problem still exists. The data key is here for Word 2003:

That has been happening for the last 4 years or so. So while it was not
