Yes i know i can't mention the "C" word before at least the 18th of December!;)
But just been shopping and already they have all the December festive period gear out.
Cards, presents, bunting, wrapping paper, you name it they have it & only 15 Weeks to go!!:eek:

Someone must be buying it for shops to have it out already :confused:. I suppose the gardening and back-to-school stuff is gone now.

14 weeks and I'll start thinking about it ;).

I have come very close to deleting this thread.

Oh the stores around here have had a mixture of Hallowe'en and festive glittery stuff for a week or two. :rolleyes:

Actually, it's a bit of a nuisance to go out with the intention of buying something specific, only to find that it has been removed, to make-way for the aforementioned stuff. But yes, I have already seen folk descending on it like magpies.

Somehow, at this time of the year, it just looks a bit... meh.

Can understand you feeling floppybootstomp, but it's a way for some of us to earn 50% of our annual revenue.
But it does seem to start earlier & earlier each year!
