Datastore errors

Get RRAS message error occured while tryig to make a
connection to the datastore. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Hi Jerry,

you need to provide more information for us to help you like:
(1) What error has occured?
(2) Whether there are any RemoteAccess events in the event log?
(3) What is the configuration you are talking about and what is the
datastore?
