I have saved my database to a memory key. When I try to
open it, it says Microsoft Access was unable to create
database window. Then it tells me to upgrade to a newer
version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Can someone
explain to me what caused this to happen? Is there any
way I can fix it without upgrading (cannot do myself
because I do not have adminstrator rights at my work).
Thanks!

What's a "memory key"???

What version of Access? Why does IE come into the picture at all?

If you are opening it directly from memory key you may exceed capacity of your key - Access databases tend to consume more space when they are opened. So if this is the case, try to copy it locally and then open it.

Likely those USB devices which mimic a hard drive.
