Microsoft Access was unable to create the database window.

I have a user with an Acess 2000 database (among many) which displays the
message "Microsoft Access was unable to create the database window. Please
upgrade to a newer version of Microsoft Internet Explorer." This has only
recently started to happen. I've upgraded her IE from 6 SP1 to 7 and this
has made no difference.
I've copied the database to my PC (WinXP SP2, Office 2003 Pro SP2 and
patches, IE7) and I get the same message.
Can anyone give me any clues on how to get around this?

Hello Jerry;

Upgrading to XP service pack 3 hasn't helped. Do you have any other ideas on
what one can try.
