Data Traveler wont work right

USB Kingston 256 Data Traveler

Its hooked up to a working USB port. It used to work fine. Now it
wont read write or format. XP is showing no disk in drive. Safe
hardware removal is showing the device connected correctly.

Any ideas why this wont read, write, or format? or how to reset or
format my USB data traveler.

Does the device work in a different computer? If not, then you know it
is broken. If it works elsewhere, what changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't on your computer?
