Data Menu

Trying to creat a Web Query. The book says to choose Data, Import
External Data. I can not find the Data menu. Can you help me?
Excell 2002, VBA 6.2

You should have File Edit View Insert Format Tools Data Window Help on your menu. If Data
(or any) is missing, do this:

View - Toolbars - Customize - Toolbars tab.
Select Worksheet Menu Bar (not the checkmark -- it should already be there. Click it to
make it turn blue)
Click Reset.

maybe you are on a chart cheet, or have chart selected.

either go to to a datasheet, or click on a cell.

this changes the menu bar.
