Input Real Estate Data into Excel

I am using Excel 2002 and trying to extract data from realtor.com into
an Excel spreadsheet using
Data > Import external data > New Web query > enter

This gives me a MS IE browser view, where I paste the web url and
click GO
This gives me a selection of fields to extract ( I pick 3) and click
INPUT

It is here that excel fails me. I want to define fields such as MLS
#, price, bedrooms, date built and address in my spreadsheet and have
the fields filled when I visit each listing page. Any suggestions on
how to populate these fields and/or an excel example already built
that I could play with? I am prepared to name my first borne grandson
in your honour if you can provide this solution. Doug
