Data Execution Prevention

Please could someone help me before I throw my computer out the window.

I recently purchased a new computer which was working completely fine until
about two weeks ago.

I tried to open up My Documents using the shortcut on my desktop and this
“Data Execution Prevention†message appeared from nowhere. Now I cannot open
up My Documents, My Pictures, Control Panel, etc. etc. without this message
appearing.

I have downloaded a virus programme and a spyware programme, which both
resulted in no virus’s and only minor adware files on my computer.

How do I get rid of this bloody thing, it is really getting on my nerves now.

Please somebody help me……..
