Dalight Savings Time and Office Upgrade

I am trying to figure out a plan for getting all of my users updated for
the DST update. Currently everyone is running Office 2003, I know that
if they are on 2007 then they don't need an update for DST. My question
is that if I update everyone to Office 2007 instead of run the DST patch
will I be all set to go? Will that update their future recurring
appointments automatically?

Thanks,
Tim

either 2007 or 2003 (or older) requires use of the tz tool on Outlook or
Exchange - outlook 2007 just automates the process better but the tztool is
recommended for 2007 as it is apparently a bit better (not sure how- I used
the one in 2007).

would i be better off then to just roll out the tz tool using gpo rather
than upgrade everyone now. i am going to upgrade in the near future to
2007, but if i need to run the tz tool anyway's, i might as well do that
at a different time.

Yeah - the TZ changes are enough change for the users to deal with and
unfortunately there is no way to avoid the tz change.
