Cut and Paste

I am a blogger. I can not write in Word and then copy and paste into
my blogger page. I can not copy an URL and paste that into an address
bar. Any ideas?

Oh and I've gone to security settings, "Drag and drop or copy and
paste files" is Enabled.

How are you trying to do it?

If you select what you want to Copy, then Ctrl + C, than go to where you
want to paste it, put your cursor where you want it to go, then Ctrl + V

Lately I've noted that on my own system copy/paste is disabled from time to
time and I've no idea what caused that. Rebooting has fixed the problem.
