Start with a blank document, go to the envelopes and labels wizard and in
the envelope tab make sure that the address information is correct. Click on
the save to document button. Click on the created envelope so that your
cursor is on that page. If you want to change any formatting do so (i.e.,
put your name in bold or in a larger font).
File > Print
Click on the button to print current page and set the number of copies you
want to print.
I think this will do what you asked about. I create a template for envelopes
myself because I don't especially care for Word's formatting of the return
address.
