Not aware of any. If this has been done, it would likely be with one of the
"skinning" programs like StyleXP or Windows Blinds.

I use a theme (Media Centre Edition) downloaded from themexp in which I
have replaced the provided shellstyles.dll with a modified one, which is
more along a Longhorn type design, ie with common tasks at the top of the
Window as opposed to the side. I much prefer that.
