I am so fed up with this shit! I want to get ahold of a
human being - email would even work. Nothing. Microsoft
makes it more difficult to get support for your product
than it is to make the money to upgrade! I am sick of
it. Anyway know ANY way to get ahold of one tiny little
customer service rep?

Calm down Heather, that or change your email address from veryclassy.
What is the problem you're having? Aside from having a hard time getting
ahold of anyone at ms that is.

Are you speaking about Windows XP or another product ?

You are entitled to "Free" support for Windows XP if your
copy is not an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
In that case you would need to contact the vendor (Dell, HP).
If you click "Help and Support" and then find the "Get Help"
you can go through a series of steps to get you to the right
type and level of Microsoft support. You will only need your
PID (Product Identification Number) to proceed. You can
get this number by Right Clicking "My Computer" and then
left click Properties. But this newsgroup is probably the most
effective 1st step in resolving an issue with XP.

Greetings --

Perhaps by contacting Customer Service, rather than posting
vulgarities to Usenet? I presume that you use the pseudonym
"veryclassy0000" for the purposes of completely disguising yourself
form anyone who knows you.

There. That wasn't so hard, now, was it?
