Custom Form doesn't have any values in another Calendar

I published my Custom Meeting Request form in Organizational Forms Library,
set as a default form for my calendar and one of the resources calendar.
When I create a meeting request using this custom for, everything fine in my
Calendar, but in that another calendar I still see that custom tab that I
created but the values (checkbox, text box...) are not populated with the
entered values. What could be the reason.
(I selected "Allow script in shared folders" in my Outlook)
What am I doing wrong?
I have Outlook 2003

Did you bind all those controls to Outlook properties?

Yes, I bound all the controls to the User-defined Fields.
And when I open the existing appointment created by my custom form in my
calendar, I can see all the selected values in the controls, but I don't see
anything when open the same appointment from the calendar of the resource
that was added to this appointment even when I set the custom form as a
default form for that calendar.

Just disregard my question. It was stupid of me to initialize all controls
values on the custom form.
